Passport photos at Timpson: what to ask for

Timpson is a high-street service shop chain in the United Kingdom. The Timpson page we saved on 2026-10-11 publishes no price, so ask before you go. Timpson takes the photo for you; the page we saved does not say whether it prints a file you made yourself, so ask first. SurePassportPhoto prepares the photo file for $6.99; you print the sheet yourself or at the store. We do not mail prints or send orders to stores.

Ask the branch before you bring a file

Some stores refuse to print anything called a passport photo that they did not take themselves, and online 'same-day pickup' orders from other photo services have failed to reach the store. Ask the branch first, order our sheet as a plain 4 x 6 in print, and cut along the marks yourself.

How to print our sheet in United Kingdom

1.Copy the sheet to a USB stick or your phone and use the in-store photo kiosk.
2.Choose a 6 x 4 in print (the kiosk may call it 10 x 15 cm) and keep the sheet whole: no crop, no fit to page.
3.Turn off any auto-enhance or colour-correction option the kiosk offers.
4.Cut along the marks with scissors or a guillotine.
