We measure your photo against the numbers the authority publishes. If they still reject it, you do not pay for it.

What it covers

Any rejection of a photo made with our tool, for the document you selected, within 60 days of your purchase. The refund is 100% of the price, to the card you paid with. No replacement photos unless you ask for them.

What it does not cover

• Changing your mind after downloading the files.
• Picking the wrong document despite the confirmation step; you get one free document switch instead.
• Documents where the card showed 'Guarantee not available for this document' before you paid.
• Photos edited, re-cropped or re-compressed outside our tool after download.
• A rejection for a rule you asked us to excuse with the medical reason toggle.

How to claim

   Tell us what happened

   Fill in the refund request form: which authority, which document, what reason they gave. A screenshot, email or letter helps; a written self-declaration is accepted when you have none.

   Get a ticket id by email

   You receive a confirmation with a ticket id straight away. Reply to that email if you have anything to add.

3. 3

   Refund within 2 business days

   We review the request and refund the full $6.99 to the card you paid with. Your card network decides how fast it shows on your statement, usually 3 to 10 days.

Questions about the guarantee

We are an independent service, not a government website. Applying for a passport or visa is done with your government; we only prepare the photo.
