Terms of service

SurePassportPhoto is an independent service that crops a photo you supply to the official size of the document you select, checks it against the rules the authority publishes, and gives you the digital file and a print sheet. We are an independent service, not a government website. Applying for a passport or visa is done with your government; we only prepare the photo.

SurePassportPhoto is a product of Reinvent Global, which operates this site and is the “we” in these terms.

You are responsible for choosing the right document and for submitting the photo to the authority. The requirements we show are quoted from official sources and dated; authorities change their rules and the final decision is always theirs.

Before payment, you can review the crop and compliance-check results privately. After payment, we process only the cropped photo at output size for the high-quality render and delete that cropped photo within 7 days. Your on-device files stay available either way; the download page lets you use the standard file instead.

Finished files are uploaded to our storage only when you request the email download link, and only those files. They are encrypted at rest and deleted after 7 days. See the privacy policy for details.

A photo costs $6.99, charged once in US dollars. There is no subscription, no account and no recurring charge. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: the charge on your statement, the receipt and any applicable tax come from Dodo Payments. We never see your card number.

A purchase unlocks downloads for the document you chose for 30 days on the device and browser you used, so you can retake the photo and download again if the first attempt is not right. You may switch to a different document once at no extra cost, through the tool.

If the authority rejects the photo we made, we refund the full price. The conditions, the accepted evidence and the exclusions are in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

• Use the tool for photos of yourself, your children or people who have asked you to help them.
• Do not upload photos you have no right to use, and do not use the service to impersonate anyone.
• Do not probe, overload or try to bypass the payment, download or support systems.

We do our best to get your photo accepted and we refund the price if it is not. Beyond that refund, our liability to you is capped at the price you paid for the photo. We are not responsible for travel costs, missed appointments, application fees, delays or other losses that follow from a rejected photo or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be limited by contract.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed; the version in force is the one published when you bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
