For an ordinary Ivorian passport produced by SNEDAI under the Police de l'air et des frontières, as a reference only: the government portal's sheet sends every applicant in person to an Agence Passeport for fingerprints and the photograph, lists no print to bring, and publishes no photo size, so the frame and head band here are the ICAO Doc 9303 defaults. Not for the Ivorian e-visa, which also photographs you at Abidjan airport and needs no upload, nor for the carte nationale d'identité (ONECI).

(Enregistrement biométriques et biographiques).' No print is on the list, so do not pay for photos before the appointment.
- CheckThe route in four steps: a free form from an enrolment centre, the Sous-direction de la police de l'air et des frontières or snedai.com (pre-enrolment, appointment and stamp payment also on monpasseport.ci); payment of 40.000 F CFA in cash at a BACI or Ecobank branch (keep the receipt); enrolment in person at an Agence Passeport (Plateau, Cocody Deux Plateaux, Marcory, Yopougon or the e-passport agency at Djibi by appointment); delivery '72 heures après validation par la police de l'air et des frontières'.

The crown-to-chin portion of the facial image shall be 70 to 80 per cent of the longest dimension defined for Zone V, maintaining the aspect ratio between the crown-to-chin and ear-to-ear details of the face of the holder.
A submitted portrait shall have been captured within the last six months before application, as outlined in [ISO/IEC 39794-5]. Portraits with a capture time dating back more than three months should not be accepted.
