Guatemala photo requirements

Guatemala photo requirements are set by Instituto Guatemalteco de Migración (IGM, pasaportes.igm.gob.gt). We publish 1 document: 1 passport. The most common print size is 35 x 45 mm (1.38 in x 1.77 in). Each page quotes the official rule for size, head height, background and file, links the source we read, and shows the date we last checked it (most recently 2026-10-10).

Passports

Guatemalan Passport Photo (no print listed by the IGM; ICAO 35 x 45 mm reference)For a Guatemalan ordinary passport applied for or renewed in person at an Instituto Guatemalteco de Migración passport centre after booking online, by adults and by children with their parents. The IGM's requirement lists name no photograph and the booklet is issued the same day, so this page is a reference frame, not a published format. Not for the DPI identity card (RENAP), a Guatemalan visa or a driving licence.35 x 45 mmnot publishedverified 2026-10-10
