Kyrgyzstan photo requirements

Kyrgyzstan photo requirements are set by Государственная регистрационная служба (State Registration Service, ГРС, grs.gov.kg); MFA e-Visa portal evisa.e-gov.kg. We publish 2 documents: 1 passport and 1 visa. The most common print size is 35 x 45 mm (1.38 in x 1.77 in); 1 document accepts a digital upload. Each page quotes the official rule for size, head height, background and file, links the source we read, and shows the date we last checked it (most recently 2026-10-10).

Passports

Kyrgyz Passport Photo (no print listed by the ГРС; ICAO 35 x 45 mm reference)For the Kyrgyz general civil passport (общегражданский паспорт образца 2020 года, e-Passport) applied for at a Центр обслуживания населения or passport office, first issue at or before 16, exchange or replacement.
