El trámite de pasaporte electrónico es presencial. Si bien un tercero puede realizar el pago u obtener la cita para un familiar o amigo, el titular debe asistir personalmente a la cita donde confirmaremos su identidad y le tomaremos una foto para el pasaporte.
Cuando acudas a tu cita, te tomaremos la foto para el pasaporte. Esta foto se toma de acuerdo a las normas internacionales para identificación biométrica, por lo que debes tener en cuenta estas condiciones:
No usar gafas o monturas grandes ni lunas que impidan ver los ojos.
No llevar lentes de contacto cosméticos de color.
No llevar prendas en la cabeza, sombreros, cerquillos ni cabello cubriendo el rostro.
No llevar piercings en el rostro.
The crown-to-chin portion of the facial image shall be 70 to 80 per cent of the longest dimension defined for Zone V, maintaining the aspect ratio between the crown-to-chin and ear-to-ear details of the face of the holder.
