Quotes 1-6 and 8 from the gov.pl photo page at source.url (sources/pl/gov-zdjecie-do-dowodu-lub-paszportu.txt); quote 7 from the service page 'Uzyskaj dowód osobisty' https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/uzyskaj-dowod-osobisty (sources/pl/gov-uzyskaj-dowod-osobisty.txt). The eligibility sentence is the page's own introduction addressed to the citizen making the photo; the explicit 'make it yourself' sentence is on the passport service page and applies the same rules. headCovering: religious reasons only, with a certificate (our type has no religious-only value).
