What the Walgreens page says
- No appointment is needed for a passport photo: go to the photo counter and ask staff (Walgreens FAQ).
- Walgreens says a printed passport photo is typically ready a few minutes after it is taken.
- Upload the 4 x 6 in sheet to the store's photo site or app as a normal 4 x 6 print.
- If the site offers cropping or 'fit to page', choose 'do not crop' so the photos keep their exact size.
- Some branches refuse anything called a passport photo. Order it as a regular 4 x 6 print and cut along the marks yourself.
- Customers of online photo services report 'same-day pickup' orders that never reached the store (PP-05); if you order online for pickup, check the order status before you travel.
- Customers report branches refusing to print a third-party passport photo and insisting on taking their own (PP-05).
