For a Chadian Carte d'Identité Nationale (CIN) requested at an ANATS centre - first request, renewal or replacement - whose file is the same as the passport's and includes 'Une photo 4x4 couleur': one colour 40 x 40 mm print. The head band and background are the ICAO reference because the ANATS publishes none. Not for the resident card for foreigners (same photo, separate list) and not for a passport page here, which carries the identical rule.
