For a Chadian passport requested at an ANATS Centre d'Accueil des Usagers - first request, renewal or replacement - whose file includes 'Une photo 4x4 couleur': one colour 40 x 40 mm print alongside the NNI, birth certificate copy, population-register extract, proof of profession, three witnesses and the payment receipt. The head band and background are the ICAO reference because the ANATS publishes none. Not for a Chad e-Visa (no photo rule published) and not the same frame as a 35 x 45 passport print.
