Last verified 2026-10-10 against Serviço Nacional de Migração (Mozambique National Immigration Service) - official eVisa & eTA portal, 'Tourist Visa' requirements, with the ICAO Doc 9303 Part 3 reference frame.
For the 'Frontal Photo - A recent, passport-style photo' every applicant uploads on the official Mozambique eVisa & eTA portal evisa.gov.mz (National Immigration Service) - tourist, business, investment, sports and culture, crew, humanitarian and oil-and-gas categories - as a scanned JPEG, PDF or PNG. The portal publishes no size, background or head rule, so the frame and head band here are the ICAO reference. Not for a Mozambican passport, which takes one printed 'fotografia tipo passe' (separate page here).

- CheckMinors under 18 add the ID of the person with parental authority and that person's statement of responsibility.
