For a Slovenian passport (potni list) applied for at an administrative unit (upravna enota) in Slovenia or at a Slovenian mission abroad, by Slovenian citizens of any age. Since 2 April 2026 the photo is a digital file captured by a registered e-fotograf and identified by a reference number; a paper print is taken only by exception.
