- CheckThe whole rule in one clause: 'як дона сурати сиёҳ-сафеди андозаи 3,5 х 4,5 см бе кулоҳ' - one black-and-white photograph, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, without a hat. Our file is colour; print it in greyscale (or ask the lab for a black-and-white print) to match the wording literally, and leave the head uncovered.
