Tajikistan photo requirements

Tajikistan photo requirements are set by Хадамоти шиносномавию бақайдгирии ВКД (Passport and Registration Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, mvd.tj). We publish 2 documents: 1 passport and 1 ID card. The most common print size is 35 x 45 mm (1.38 in x 1.77 in). Each page quotes the official rule for size, head height, background and file, links the source we read, and shows the date we last checked it (most recently 2026-10-10).

Passports

Tajik Foreign Passport Photo (no print listed by the Passport Service; ICAO 35 x 45 mm reference)For the biometric general-civil foreign passport of the Republic of Tajikistan (шиносномаи умумишаҳрвандии хориҷӣ) issued by the Passport and Registration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to adults and, with notarised parental consent, to minors under 16. The published document list names no photograph and does not say who takes the picture, so this page is a reference frame, not a published format.
