Venezuela photo requirements

Venezuela photo requirements are set by Servicio Administrativo de Identificación, Migración y Extranjería (SAIME). We publish 1 document: 1 passport. The most common print size is 35 x 45 mm (1.38 in x 1.77 in). Each page quotes the official rule for size, head height, background and file, links the source we read, and shows the date we last checked it (most recently 2026-10-09).

Passports

Venezuelan Passport Photo (ICAO 35 x 45 mm reference; SAIME publishes no photo rule)For the Venezuelan ordinary passport (pasaporte ordinario) and the expedited pasaporte habilitado issued by SAIME at its offices in Venezuela by online appointment, and for passports issued through consulates. SAIME's readable pages publish no photo requirement, so this spec is the ICAO Doc 9303 reference frame only. Not for the cédula de identidad or a Venezuelan visa.35 x 45 mmnot stated by any readable SAIME pageverified 2026-10-09
