Zimbabwe photo requirements

Zimbabwe photo requirements are set by Civil Registry Department (Registrar General's Office), Zimbabwe Passports Office (civilregistry.gov.zw); Department of Immigration for e-visas (evisa.gov.zw). We publish 2 documents: 1 passport and 1 visa. The most common print size is 35 x 45 mm (1.38 in x 1.77 in); 1 document accepts a digital upload. Each page quotes the official rule for size, head height, background and file, links the source we read, and shows the date we last checked it (most recently 2026-10-10).

Passports

The current e-passport portal (civilregistry.gov.zw) books you into an enrolment centre and names no photograph, so bring prints only where your office or embassy still asks.
