SurePassportPhoto vs Passport Photo Online
Passport Photo Online is run by PhotoAiD S.A., and works the same way: an AI check, a human expert review, digital files or prints mailed to your door. We run automated checks only, show every measured value before you pay, and do not mail prints. If you want an expert review or posted prints, they offer it and we do not.
Facts about Passport Photo Online come only from the pages listed under Sources, each with the date we saved it. Checked 2026-10-11.
Where no online photo works
Side by side
| Passport Photo Online | SurePassportPhoto | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | No price appears on the pages we saved. Their payment terms say prices include VAT and that the price of the same product may vary with the payment method you choose. [5] | $6.99, one payment per document, charged in USD. No subscription and no add-ons at checkout. The price is on every page before you upload anything. |
| Where the photo is processed | You upload the photo to their photo maker or their app; their software adjusts it. [1] | We crop your photo to the official size, check it against the published requirements, and show you the result before you pay. |
| Result shown before you pay | A preliminary AI check runs within seconds of upload; you then choose email or mailed prints, and an expert checks the image. [1] | Yes. You see the crop and the full checklist with each rule's measured value first; the pay button says how many checks pass and stays disabled while a blocking check fails. |
| Who checks the photo | In-house experts check every photo; their page says they verify photos 24/7. [2] | Automated checks only. No person reviews your photo, and we say so. |
| If the photo is rejected | A '200% money-back guarantee'. Their refunds page pays the part above the price only through PayPal or a Polish bank account, and asks for a reliable document confirming the rejection. [3] | If the authority rejects the photo, request a refund within 60 days of purchase: the full $6.99 goes back to the card you paid with within 2 business days of approval. A written self-declaration is accepted when the counter gave you nothing in writing. |
| Delivery | A digital photo by email, or printouts delivered to your door for free. [1] | The files download on screen right after payment, including a print sheet for printed documents, which you print yourself. An email link is optional. We do not mail prints or send orders to stores. |

When Passport Photo Online is the better choice
Where we differ
- One price in USD, shown before you start; it does not change with the payment method.
- The checklist and every measured value come before payment, not after it.
- Refunds go in full to the card you paid with, and a written self-declaration counts when a counter rejection left you no paperwork.
