- CheckThe requirements list names only identity papers: KTP, Kartu Keluarga and a birth, marriage, diploma or baptism document ('Kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku ... Kartu keluarga (KK) Dokumen berupa akta kelahiran, akta perkawinan, buku nikah, ijazah, atau surat baptis*'; the asterisk is the page's footnote marker). No photograph is listed.
