美国多元化移民签证（DV抽签）报名照片的尺寸为600 x 600像素，用于在线上传（最小600 x 600，最大600 x 600），文件小于240 KB。纯白色或米白色背景；头部占照片高度的50%至69%。照片须为最近6个月内拍摄。最后核实：2026-10-07，依据U.S. Department of State。
适用于申请人、配偶和每个子女的电子多元化移民签证（E-DV）报名所上传的电子照片。不适用于之后的DS-260面谈（需要两张2 x 2英寸纸质照片），也不适用于护照。

常见问题点
- 需检查DV报名要求正好600 x 600像素，而不是美国国务院Photo Composition Template对其他电子签证照片允许的600至1200范围。我们正好生成600 x 600，并使文件小于240 KB。
- 需检查报名中的每位家庭成员（您、您的配偶和每个子女）都需要各自符合规定的照片。
- 需检查如果扫描现有的冲印照片，美国国务院表示必须是以每英寸300像素扫描的2 x 2英寸照片。用手机拍冲印照片不算扫描。
- 需检查尽管有些应用声称如此，但DV报名并没有“6岁以下可以微笑”的规定。请让孩子闭上嘴巴、睁开双眼。

付款前请了解
美国国务院的免费照片工具可将任何图像裁剪为600 x 600的正方形。它不会处理背景、光线或头部尺寸，而这些正是DV照片验证程序和领事官员检查的内容。

If you are entering the Diversity Visa (DV) Program online, you must upload your digital image as part of your entry.
In a square aspect ratio (height must equal width)
600x600 pixels in dimension
Equal to or less than 240 kB (kilobytes) in file size
Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
Photos must not be digitally enhanced or altered to change your appearance in any way.
Each DV applicant will need to bring two (2) identical photos to the interview.
When taking a photo of your baby or toddler, no other person should be in the photo, and your child should be looking at the camera with his or her eyes open.
The eye height (measured from the bottom of the image to the level of the eyes) should be between 56% and 69% of the image's height.
Minimum acceptable dimensions are 600 pixels (width) x 600 pixels (height). Maximum acceptable dimensions are 1200 pixels (width) x 1200 pixels (height).
